
Ingredients:
• 150 g – macaroni
• 1 tsp – Garlic chopped very finely
• 2 – Tomatoes chopped very finely
• 2 – Capsicum chopped well
• 2 – tbsp mayonnaise
• salt
• 1 tbsp – Tomato ketchup
• 8-10 pieces – pudina chopped
• pepper
• 1/4 cup – Tabasco sauce
Method:
- Boil macaroni. Take 2 tbsp mayonnaise in a bowl. Add tomato ketchup. Mix well.
- Add boiled macaroni, tabasco sauce, chopped tomato, chopped capsicum, black pepper, salt to taste and pudina leaves.
- Mix lightly, but well.
- Serve in a bowl decorated with tomato and cucumber slices.
