Ingredients:

• 150 g – macaroni
• 1 tsp – Garlic chopped very finely
• 2 – Tomatoes chopped very finely
• 2 – Capsicum chopped well
• 2 – tbsp mayonnaise
• salt
• 1 tbsp – Tomato ketchup
• 8-10 pieces – pudina chopped
• pepper
• 1/4 cup – Tabasco sauce

Method:

  1. Boil macaroni. Take 2 tbsp mayonnaise in a bowl. Add tomato ketchup. Mix well.
  2. Add boiled macaroni, tabasco sauce, chopped tomato, chopped capsicum, black pepper, salt to taste and pudina leaves.
  3. Mix lightly, but well.
  4. Serve in a bowl decorated with tomato and cucumber slices.
