Ingredients:
• Bottle Gourd pieces – 2 cups
• Channa dal – 1 tsp
• Urad Dal – 3/4 tbsp
• Fenugreek seeds – few
• Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp
• Dhania powder – 1/2 tsp
• Hing -a little
• red chillies- 4 small
• Green chillies – 4
• Coriander leaves a few sprigs
• Tamarind – a little
• Turmeric -a little
Method:
- Put a little oil in a kadai. Heat it and add channa dal, urad dal, fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, red chillies, and fry it.
- After frying, put dhania powder, hing and green chillies.
- Then add the bottle gourd pieces and fry it for 10 minutes. Turn off the gas.
- Add salt, turmeric, tamarind, and coriander leaves.
- After it cools a little, grind it.
