
Ingredients:
• 1 kg – Chicken
• 4 – eggs
• 2 tbsp – breadcrumbs
• 1 bunch – Coriander leaves
• 1 pod – Garlic
• 1 inch – Ginger
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• Salt – to taste
• 1 small ball – Tamarind
• 2 – Green chillies
• 1 tsp – cumin
• 1 tsp – Turmeric
• 6 tbsp – oil |
Method:
- Marinate the chicken with ground paste made of coriander leaves, garlic, ginger, garam masala, salt, tamarind, green chillies, cumin, turmeric
- Keep for 2 hours.
- Beat the eggs.
- Dip the chicken pieces in egg and breadcrumbs and deep fry on a low fire.
