
Ingredients:
• 200g – Chicken, thin strips
• 4 – Medium, Green chillies
• 4 – Red chillies, dry
• 4 tbsp – Oil
• 2 – Onions, minced
• 2 – Tomatoes, chopped
• 1 tsp – Aamchur (sour Mango powder)
• 1 tsp – Salt
• 50g – Coriander leaves, chopped
• 1 tsp – Ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
Method:
- Fry all the onions, green chillies, red chillies separately in oil and keep aside.
- Now take a pan and fry the chicken pieces for 15 minutes, or until tender.
- Then add the chopped tomatoes, aamchur, and garam masala and continue to fry.
- Then add the onions and the ginger-garlic paste to it. Mix well.
- Now garnish with the coriander leaves, and decorate it with the red and green fried chillies.
- Serve hot.
