
Ingredients:
• 1 pack – Paneer, fried
• 2 – Capsicums
• 1- Onion
• 1 small tin – Tomato paste
• 4-5 – Green chillies
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Ginger paste
• 2 tbsp – Oil
• A pinch – Sugar
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Cut the vegetables into thin long slices. Julienne them.
- Pour 2 tbsp of oil in a pan, add the cumin seeds, onions, capsicums, green chillies and ginger.
- Then add in the paneer and stir-fry over high heat.
- Add the masalas, sugar and salt. Fry for some time.
- Now, add the tomato paste.
- Once the oil starts coming out, it is cooked.
- If you wish, add a little water to make sure it cooks fine.
