Ingredients:

• 1 pack – Paneer, fried
• 2 – Capsicums
• 1- Onion
• 1 small tin – Tomato paste
• 4-5 – Green chillies
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Ginger paste
• 2 tbsp – Oil
• A pinch – Sugar
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Cut the vegetables into thin long slices. Julienne them.
  2. Pour 2 tbsp of oil in a pan, add the cumin seeds, onions, capsicums, green chillies and ginger.
  3. Then add in the paneer and stir-fry over high heat.
  4. Add the masalas, sugar and salt. Fry for some time.
  5. Now, add the tomato paste.
  6. Once the oil starts coming out, it is cooked.
  7. If you wish, add a little water to make sure it cooks fine.
