Ingredients:
• 25 Prawns (cleaned and deveined)
• 3-onion medium
• 1/2- 2 tbsp -oil
• 1/2 – 2 tsp -mirchi powder
• 1/2 tsp – Tamarind paste
• salt
Method:
- Take oil in a kadai and saute the onions till golden brown.
- Add mirchi powder and tamarind paste and fry for couple of seconds.
- Now add the prawns and fry for 2 seconds.
- Add water and salt and cook till done.
