
Ingredients:
• 1/2 – Onion
• 2 tbsp – Garlic
• 1 inch – Ginger
• 500 gms – Tomatoes
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Salt
• 1/4 tsp – Pepper
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• 1/4 cup – Vinegar
• Raisins – 10 -15
• Almonds – 6-7
• 1/2 tsp – Cardamom powder.
Method:
- Fry the onions, garlic and ginger together.
- Add tomatoes, red chilli powder, salt, pepper, sugar, vinegar and mix well.
- Boil for 10 mins and mash it.
- Add the raisins, almonds, cardamom powder and boil until it thickens.
- Allow to cool and store in sterilised bottles.
