
Ingredients:
• 2 tapioca
• 1/4 cup – Sugar
• 1 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 1/4 cup – Grated Coconut
• 2 tbsp – Desiccated coconut.
Method:
- Remove the skin of the tapioca until the white layer appears. Add salt and cook it well in a pressure cooker.
- Mash them well or grate them.
- Add sugar, grated coconut and the cardamom powder.
- Take a small quantity of the mashed tapioca, make small balls, and roll these balls in the desiccated coconut to evenly coat them.
- Serve.
