Ingredients:
• 4 slices – white bread, cut diagonally
• For batter:
• 1 cup – gram flour (besan)
• 1 tbsp – Rice flour
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 2 – green chillies, finely chopped
• 1/2 cup – coriander
• 3/4 cups – water
• For chutney mix:
• 1 cup – Yoghurt
• 1/2 cup – grated Coconut
• 1/2 piece – Tomato
• 3 tbsp – coriander
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 3 – Red Chillies
• Salt to taste
• Oil to deep fry
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients for the batter into a smooth paste.
- Dip bread pieces in it and deep fry in hot oil.
- Grind all the ingredients of the chutney mix together with a little water.
- Soak the bread pakoras in chutney while serving.
