Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – Masoor dal
• 5 to 6 – Roselle (Tengamora)
• 1/2 tsp – Paas phooron
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 – Green chilli
• 3 tsp – Mustard oil
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Boil the dal with roselles, salt, turmeric powder and green chillies.
- In another pan, heat oil, and add the Paas-Phooron
- When the Paas-Phooron stops spluttering, add the boiled dal.
- Cook on a low flame for 5-6 minutes and garnish with coriander.
