
Ingredients:
• 6 Chicken breasts, cut into 2 cm cubes
• 1/2 cup – soya sauce
• 2 tbsp – Honey
• 1 large Clove garlic, crushed
• 2 tsp – fresh ginger, grated
• 4 tsp – Grape juice
• 4 tbsp – sesame oil
• 4 tbsp – Olive oil
• 3-4 tbsp – toasted sesame seeds
Method:
- Mix soya sauce, honey, garlic, ginger and grape juice in a bowl. Add chicken. Mix well. Cover and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
- Combine the olive oil and sesame oil in a large frying pan.
- Cook the chicken nuggets in batches until well browned and well done.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds over the chicken nuggets.
- Stick a toothpick into each nugget and serve with hot chilli sauce.
