Ingredients:

• 2 cups – Coconut Cream
• 1 tsp – fish sauce
• 1 cup – water
• 1 tsp – ginger, sliced thin and long
• 2 cups – chopped Celery
• Salt to taste
• 3 tbsp – Lemon juice
• 3 – small chillies, chopped

Method:

  1. Combine coconut cream, fish sauce, water and ginger in a deep saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add the celery. Within the next minute add the salt.
  3. Remove from the heat immediately after.
  4. Add lemon juice and chillies just before serving. Serve hot.
