Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Coconut Cream
• 1 tsp – fish sauce
• 1 cup – water
• 1 tsp – ginger, sliced thin and long
• 2 cups – chopped Celery
• Salt to taste
• 3 tbsp – Lemon juice
• 3 – small chillies, chopped
Method:
- Combine coconut cream, fish sauce, water and ginger in a deep saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Add the celery. Within the next minute add the salt.
- Remove from the heat immediately after.
- Add lemon juice and chillies just before serving. Serve hot.
