
Ingredients:
• 1 packet – Maggi noodles (any flavour)
• 2 tbsp – slivered Almonds
• 2 tsp – sesame seeds
• 1/2 kg – finely shredded Savoy Cabbage
• For dressing
• 4 tbsp – powdered Sugar
• 2 tbsp – soya sauce
Method:
- Break the noodles into small pieces. (Discard the seasoning packet, you do not need it.) Roast the noodle pieces, almonds and sesame seeds till slightly golden brown.
- Let this cool.
- Now in a chutney grinder, blend the soya sauce and sugar.
- Mix the noodle mixture with the cabbage and soya sauce mixture thoroughly.
- Keep in fridge for 15 minutes or serve immediately.
- You can also adjust the amount of sugar and soya sauce according to your taste.
