Ingredients:
• 3 cups – besan
• 3 cups – Sugar
• 1 cup – Milk
• 50g – cashews
• 3 drops – rose essence
• 3 cups – Ghee or margarine
Method:
- Boil the milk and sprinkle the besan. Stir it well without any lumps.
- Powder the cashews, add it along with sugar and ghee. Stir it continuously till it gets the consistency of a halwa.
- Add 3 drops of rose essence and allow it to cool for 15 mins.
- Then make small balls and pack it in the oil paper.
