Ingredients:

• 3 cups – besan
• 3 cups – Sugar
• 1 cup – Milk
• 50g – cashews
• 3 drops – rose essence
• 3 cups – Ghee or margarine

Method:

  1. Boil the milk and sprinkle the besan. Stir it well without any lumps.
  2. Powder the cashews, add it along with sugar and ghee. Stir it continuously till it gets the consistency of a halwa.
  3. Add 3 drops of rose essence and allow it to cool for 15 mins.
  4. Then make small balls and pack it in the oil paper.
