Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Rice
• 2 tsps – Jeera
• 1 tsp – Mustard
• 1 bunch – Fresh Coriander leaves
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• Salt to taste.

Method:

  1. Cook the rice separately.
  2. Clean the coriander leaves and chop them finely.
  3. Heat about 3 tsps of oil in a pan.
  4. Add mustard seeds and allow it to splutter.
  5. Then add jeera, turmeric powder, coriander leaves and garam masala powder.
  6. Fry the contents of the pan for about 2 minutes and remove from heat.
  7. Mix rice and add salt to taste.
