
Ingredients:
• 1 cup thick fresh Cream
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 1 capsicum, finely chopped
• 1 tiny sprig spring onion, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp salad or refined oil
• 2 tsp Lemon juice
• 2 tsp mustard powder
• 2 tsp sugar, ground
• 8-10 olives, finely chopped (optional)
• 2 tbsp Tomato sauce
• 2 tsp Green chilli sauce
• salt to taste
• pepper to taste
Method:
- Mix the salt, pepper, lemon juice, sauces, mustard, sugar and oil. Mix well till light.
- Add onions, capsicum, spring onion, olives, thick cream and mix again.
- Chill well (1-2 hours) before serving.
- Use as needed.
