Ingredients:

• 1 – fresh grated Coconut
• 1 cup – Yogurt (Dahi)
• 2 tsp – Ghee
• Cumin
• Asafoetida
• 2 – Green chillies finely chopped.
• Few coriander springs
• Salt and Sugar to taste.

Method:

  1. Mix coconut and yogurt. If yogurt is too sour, add a little milk to take the acidity out.
  2. Add salt and sugar to taste.
  3. Heat ghee in a small vessel and add cumin seeds. When they start spluttering, add asafoetida, green chillies and pour this on the above mixture.
  4. Garnish with coriander. Enjoy.
