Ingredients:
• 400 g – Paneer (crumbled)
• 4 – medium Onions (finely chopped)
• 3 – Green chillies (finely chopped)
• A handful – Green peas
• 4 to 5 tbsps – oil
• 3 – big Tomatoes (finely chopped)
• 2 tsps – Red Chilli powder
• 2 tsps – coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 tbsps – finely chopped Coriander leaves (to garnish)
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Boil the green peas and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a kadai. Saute onions and green chillies on a low flame till the onions are light pink in colour.
- Add tomatoes and saute till the tomatoes are a little tender.
- Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt.
- Saute on a low flame till the oil separates.
- Add paneer and boiled green peas.
- Mix gently and simmer for few minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rotis.
