
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – grated Tofu
• 2 slices – bread
• 1/2 tsp – finely chopped Green chilli
• 1/2 tsp – Ginger paste
• 1/2 tsp – Garlic paste
• 1/2 cup – Maida
• Salt to taste
• Oil to fry
Method:
- Immerse the bread slices in water, squeeze the water out and crumble.
- Add grated tofu and the other ingredients.
- Make small cutlets of the mixture and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
- Make a thick mixture of maida.
- Dip the cutlets in the maida paste and deep fry in oil.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce.
