Ingredients:

• 1 cup – grated Tofu
• 2 slices – bread
• 1/2 tsp – finely chopped Green chilli
• 1/2 tsp – Ginger paste
• 1/2 tsp – Garlic paste
• 1/2 cup – Maida
• Salt to taste
• Oil to fry

Method:

  1. Immerse the bread slices in water, squeeze the water out and crumble.
  2. Add grated tofu and the other ingredients.
  3. Make small cutlets of the mixture and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Make a thick mixture of maida.
  5. Dip the cutlets in the maida paste and deep fry in oil.
  6. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
