
Ingredients:
• 3 – Large Onions
• 3 – Green chillies
• 1 tbsp – Garlic paste
• 1 tbsp- Ginger paste
• 1 pack- Tofu
• 4 – eggs
• 3 -Tomatoes
• 1 tbsp – Masala powder
• 1 pinch – Turmeric
• Salt to taste.
Method:
- Cut the tofu into small 3 inch cubes.
- Fry them in butter and keep aside.
- Meanwhile, fry the onions until pink then add the ginger and garlic paste.
- Now chop the tomatoes into small pieces and add them to the mixture.
- Fry until the tomatoes are cooked.
- Now beat the eggs in a bowl and keep aside.
- Dip the tofu in the egg and fry them until they are done.
- Now put the egg coated tofu coated into the gravy.
- Let it cook for 2 mins and add the garam masala.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
