Ingredients:
• 300 gm – white flour
• 100 gm – cottage cheese/tofu
• 1 – big capsicum, chopped fine
• 1 – big onion, chopped fine
• 1 – medium tomato, chopped
• 4-5 – spring onions, chopped
• 20 gm – boiled Corn
• 2 tsp – soya sauce
• 1 tsp – Garlic paste
• 2 tsp – Tomato sauce
• 2 tsp – chilli sauce
• 1 tsp – Vinegar
• 20 gm – Cheddar cheese, shredded
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Make a dough of white flour with water and salt. Apply 1/2 tsp of yeast and keep it aside for 1 hour.
- Take a little oil (about 4-5 tsps) in a container and heat it.
- Add the capsicum, onion, tomato, spring onion and corn and cook till the vegetables are soft.
- Add tomato sauce, chilli sauce, soya sauce and garlic paste to the mixture for a nice flavour and taste.
- Add salt to taste.
- Cut the cottage cheese (paneer) into medium pieces and keep aside.
- Allow the vegetables in the container to cool down.
- Take the dough and divide it into 14 equal balls.
- Now take a chapatti roller and roll the balls to make equal round shapes.
- With the help of a spoon, put 1 paneer chunk along with 1 scoop of the cooked vegetables and 1 scoop of shredded cheese on each of them and fold.
- Adjust from four sides to get a square shape.
- Take care that the content inside does not break the covering and burst outside. Do not stuff vegetables in a way that compels the covering to burst.
- Heat oil in a kadai until hot.
- Fry for 2 minutes till the fritters become golden brown in colour.
- Serve with tomato sauce.
