Ingredients:

• 300 gm – white flour
• 100 gm – cottage cheese/tofu
• 1 – big capsicum, chopped fine
• 1 – big onion, chopped fine
• 1 – medium tomato, chopped
• 4-5 – spring onions, chopped
• 20 gm – boiled Corn
• 2 tsp – soya sauce
• 1 tsp – Garlic paste
• 2 tsp – Tomato sauce
• 2 tsp – chilli sauce
• 1 tsp – Vinegar
• 20 gm – Cheddar cheese, shredded
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Make a dough of white flour with water and salt. Apply 1/2 tsp of yeast and keep it aside for 1 hour.
  2. Take a little oil (about 4-5 tsps) in a container and heat it.
  3. Add the capsicum, onion, tomato, spring onion and corn and cook till the vegetables are soft.
  4. Add tomato sauce, chilli sauce, soya sauce and garlic paste to the mixture for a nice flavour and taste.
  5. Add salt to taste.
  6. Cut the cottage cheese (paneer) into medium pieces and keep aside.
  7. Allow the vegetables in the container to cool down.
  8. Take the dough and divide it into 14 equal balls.
  9. Now take a chapatti roller and roll the balls to make equal round shapes.
  10. With the help of a spoon, put 1 paneer chunk along with 1 scoop of the cooked vegetables and 1 scoop of shredded cheese on each of them and fold.
  11. Adjust from four sides to get a square shape.
  12. Take care that the content inside does not break the covering and burst outside. Do not stuff vegetables in a way that compels the covering to burst.
  13. Heat oil in a kadai until hot.
  14. Fry for 2 minutes till the fritters become golden brown in colour.
  15. Serve with tomato sauce.
