Ingredients:
• 15 oz – firm Tofu
• 2 – Onions
• 200 gm – Pista
• 3 tbsp – oil
• 250 ml – Milk
• For Masala:
• 4 – Green chillies
• 2 inch piece – Ginger
• 5 – Cloves of Garlic
• 2 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 tsp – white pepper
• Coriander leaves
• salt to taste
Method:
- Boil onion and pista with a little water.
- Grind and make a thick paste of green chilli, ginger, garlic, coriander powder, white pepper, coriander leaves, boiled onion, pista and salt.
- Cook the masala in oil for 5 minutes till the raw smell goes.
- Put the sliced tofu in the masala and cook for 3 minutes.
- When the tofu is done, add milk to it and cook for 2 minutes.
- If you want thin gravy, add more milk.
