Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg firm tofu, drained
• 4 small potatoes, boiled and peeled
• 2 sweet potatoes, boiled and peeled
• 1/4 cup boiled peas
• 1/2 cup grated Carrots
• 1 cup sprouts
• 4 eggs, hardboiled and sliced
• 1 red onion, chopped finely
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup finely chopped Celery
• 2 tbsp Lemon juice
• 1 tbsp oil1/4 tsp white pepper powder
• 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds powder
• 1/2 tsp curry powder (chaat masala)
• Salt as per taste

Method:

  1. Cut tofu into 1″ squares, 1/2″ thick
  2. Fry in oil over medium heat until golden brown and Drain
  3. Chop potatoes and sweet potatoes (approx. 1″ pieces)
  4. Mix together tofu, potatoes, egg slices, sprouts peas and onion
  5. Toss it with mix powder
  6. Add mayonnaise
  7. Sprinkle celery leaves and lemon juice
  8. Finally garnish with grated carrots
  9. Serve after tossing it lightly
