Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg firm tofu, drained
• 4 small potatoes, boiled and peeled
• 2 sweet potatoes, boiled and peeled
• 1/4 cup boiled peas
• 1/2 cup grated Carrots
• 1 cup sprouts
• 4 eggs, hardboiled and sliced
• 1 red onion, chopped finely
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup finely chopped Celery
• 2 tbsp Lemon juice
• 1 tbsp oil1/4 tsp white pepper powder
• 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds powder
• 1/2 tsp curry powder (chaat masala)
• Salt as per taste
Method:
- Cut tofu into 1″ squares, 1/2″ thick
- Fry in oil over medium heat until golden brown and Drain
- Chop potatoes and sweet potatoes (approx. 1″ pieces)
- Mix together tofu, potatoes, egg slices, sprouts peas and onion
- Toss it with mix powder
- Add mayonnaise
- Sprinkle celery leaves and lemon juice
- Finally garnish with grated carrots
- Serve after tossing it lightly
