Ingredients:

• 1 pack – Extra Firm Tofu
• 150 g – Gram Flour (Besan)
• 3 Cloves – Garlic
• Chilli Powder – To taste
• Chaat Masala – To taste
• Oil – For Frying

Method:

  1. Cut extra firm tofu into squares. Crush garlic and mix with tofu. Then add salt and chilli powder. Let it marinate for half an hour.
  2. Make batter of gram flour (besan) with water and add salt and chilly powder (like batter for pakora).
  3. Dip tofu pieces in it, deep-fry in oil. Sprinkle some chaat masala on it.
  4. Serve hot with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
