Ingredients:

• 1 – Red Capsicum
• 1 cake – Tofu
• 3 – Green chillies
• Fresh Coriander
• 1 tsp – Jeera
• 1 tsp – Turmeric
• 1tsp – Dry Coriander
• 1tsp – Gram Masala
• 1 – Tomato
• 1 Clove – Garlic
• Ginger
• 1tsp – Salt
• 1 – Onion
• 1 tbsp – Oil

Method:

  1. Cut the tofu and capsicum into big square pieces.
  2. Chop tomatoes, green chillies, garlic and ginger.
  3. Now take a pan with oil, add in jeera, garlic and ginger with chopped onions. Saute it till brown.
  4. Add tomato and saute it.
  5. Add all the spices and cook it for a few minutes.
  6. After 2 mins, add tofu and capsicum.
  7. Cook it for 5-8 mins.
  8. Serve hot with chapattis or rice.
