Ingredients:

• 1 cup – finely chopped Tomatoes
• 1/4 cup – finely chopped Onion
• 1 Clove – garlic, minced
• 1 green chilly, deseeded and finely chopped
• 2 tbsp – fresh chopped coriander
• 1 tbsp – red Vinegar
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Place the entire ingredient except salt in a food processor.
  2. Process until coarsely chopped, add salt to taste.
