
Ingredients:
• 300 g – Button mushrooms, cut into pieces
• 3 – Tomatoes, chopped
• 1 – Onion, chopped
• 1 tsp – Spice powder (garam masala)
• 2 tbsp – Coconut paste
• 1 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 2 tbsp – Chopped, Coriander leaves
• 2 tsp – Chilly powder
• Salt to taste
• 3 tbsp – Oil.
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and saute the onions until golden brown.
- Add the ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, mushrooms and the chilly powder. Mix well.
- Now fry it on a low heat for 4-5 mins.
- Add the salt, coriander leaves, spice powder and coconut to it and mix well.
- Add sufficient water and simmer until the mushrooms are cooked and the gravy thickens.
- Serve hot with rice.
