Ingredients:

• 3 tsp – oil
• 1 tsp – mustard
• 1 tsp – urad dhal
• 4 – dry Red Chillies
• Salt
• 2 – Green chillies
• 3 – Tomatoes
• 2 tbsps – Mint leaves

Method:

  1. Heat oil and add mustard seeds.
  2. After they splutter, add urad dal and dry chillies. Fry and keep aside.
  3. To the remaining oil in the pan, add chopped tomatoes, mint and green chillies.
  4. Cover and cook till tomatoes are stewed.
  5. Cool for a while and grind with the fried spices.
  6. Serve with dosas or idlis.
