Ingredients:

• 3 – Tomatoes
• 1 tbsp – Butter
• Chopped Green chilli – 1/4 tsp
• Sugar – 1. 5 tsps
• 4 tsp – crushed noodles
• 2 tsp – Spring onion
• Ginger paste – 1/4 spoon
• Salt as per taste
• Corn flour – 1 tsp
• 3 cups – vegetable stock

Method:

  1. Peel off the skin of the tomatoes. In a mixie grind tomatoes and chilli and make a fine paste.
  2. In a kadai, add 1 tbsp butter, tomato paste and boil till red colour is obtained.
  3. Then add stock, sugar, chopped spring onions, ginger paste and noodles.
  4. When the noodles are parboiled, add cornflour and salt.
  5. While serving garnish with white pepper, black pepper and a little butter.
