Ingredients:
• 3 – Tomatoes
• 1 tbsp – Butter
• Chopped Green chilli – 1/4 tsp
• Sugar – 1. 5 tsps
• 4 tsp – crushed noodles
• 2 tsp – Spring onion
• Ginger paste – 1/4 spoon
• Salt as per taste
• Corn flour – 1 tsp
• 3 cups – vegetable stock
Method:
- Peel off the skin of the tomatoes. In a mixie grind tomatoes and chilli and make a fine paste.
- In a kadai, add 1 tbsp butter, tomato paste and boil till red colour is obtained.
- Then add stock, sugar, chopped spring onions, ginger paste and noodles.
- When the noodles are parboiled, add cornflour and salt.
- While serving garnish with white pepper, black pepper and a little butter.
