Ingredients:

• 4 juicy ripe Tomatoes
• 1/2 tsp – chat masala
• 1 tsp – salt
• 3/4 tsp – pepper powder
• 1 tbsp – Sugar

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients, except dough and oil.
  2. Take a lump of dough as per introduction.
  3. Divide into 2 lumps. Roll both separately into thin chapattis.
  4. Drain excess water from the mixture every now and then.
  5. Spread some filling on the chapatti, moisten the rim with water.
  6. Press the other chapatti over it, seal the rims together.
  7. Shallow-fry.
  8. Serve hot and crisp with butter or chutney.
