
Ingredients:
• 6 – large Tomatoes
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1 tsp – oil
• 3 – Green chillies (use more if you like it spicy)
• 1 – small bunch Coriander leaves
• Hing – small pinch
• Salt – to taste
Method:
- Cut tomatoes and green chillies, add about 4 tbsp water and the cumin seeds, and cook till tomatoes start turn mushy.
- Add salt and coriander leaves.
- Using a potato masher, mash up the mixture.
- Heat oil, add mustard. When it splutters, add the hing and pour into the tomato mix.
- Serve with hot rice, dhoklas and even idlis.
