
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – atta
• 1/2 cup – besan
• 4 – 5 – Tomato juice
• 2 – boiled Potatoes
• 1 – sliced Onion
• 2 tbsp – chopped Coriander leaves
• Haldi
• 1 tbsp -ghee
• salt to taste
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients.
- Roll and make parathas.
- Fry in oil/ghee.
- Serve with any raita of your choice.
