Ingredients:

• 1 cup – cooked Rice
• 2 chopped – Tomatoes
• 1/2 cup chopped – Capsicum
• 1 chopped fine – Onion
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 Bay Leaves
• 1 inch piece – Cinnamon
• 2 tsp – pav bhaji masala
• 1 tsp – Tomato ketchup
• 1 tbsp – Oil
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. In a pan heat oil, add cumin, bay leaves and cinnamon to it.
  2. When they splutter add onions, ginger garlic paste and saute well till the onions turn translucent.
  3. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder and saute well.
  4. When done add capsicum, tomatoes and saute.
  5. Cook well for few minutes and then add tomato ketchup and pav bhaji masala to it and mix well. Saute for 5 mins and add cooked rice and mix well.
  6. Add salt to taste and again mix well.
