Ingredients:
• 1 cup – cooked Rice
• 2 chopped – Tomatoes
• 1/2 cup chopped – Capsicum
• 1 chopped fine – Onion
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 Bay Leaves
• 1 inch piece – Cinnamon
• 2 tsp – pav bhaji masala
• 1 tsp – Tomato ketchup
• 1 tbsp – Oil
• Salt to taste
Method:
- In a pan heat oil, add cumin, bay leaves and cinnamon to it.
- When they splutter add onions, ginger garlic paste and saute well till the onions turn translucent.
- Add coriander powder, turmeric powder and saute well.
- When done add capsicum, tomatoes and saute.
- Cook well for few minutes and then add tomato ketchup and pav bhaji masala to it and mix well. Saute for 5 mins and add cooked rice and mix well.
- Add salt to taste and again mix well.
