Ingredients:
• 5 ripe Tomatoes
• 1 litre boiling water
Method:
- Immerse tomatoes in the boiling water.
- Cover, keep aside for 15 minutes.
- Remove from water and puree till smooth.
- Strain to remove seeds and skins.
- OR
- Chop and pressure cook tomatoes till soft
- Blend the tomatoes without adding any water. Strain.
- Refrigerate and use as required.
