Ingredients:

• 1 kg – Mutton
• 6-8 – Onions
• 1 cup – Poha
• 5 – Green chillies
• 1 inch Ginger
• 3 tsp – bottle masala
• 8 flakes – Garlic (ground)
• 1 inch cinnamon, powdered
• Mint and Coriander leaves – a few
• 4 – cardamoms, powdered
• 4 tbsp – Ghee
• Juice of 1 Lemon

Method:

  1. Clean the mutton and cut into 1 inch cubes.
  2. Heat 4 tsp ghee.
  3. When the ghee becomes hot, add onions, chillies, ginger and fry till the onion becomes translucent.
  4. Add mutton and bottle masala, let it cook on slow fire.
  5. Add lime juice, garlic, mint, coriander leaves, cinnamon and cardamom.
  6. Take off the heat and add poha.
  7. Serve hot.
