Ingredients:
• 275 g -self raising flour
• 135 g -unsalted Butter
• 397 g- condensed Milk
• 6 -cherries
• 150 ml -water
• 1 tsp -baking powder
• 1/2 tsp- soda bicarbonate
• 2 tsp -dried Raisins
• 2 tsp -fruit juice
• 1 -orange, zest
• 1- orange, juice
Method:
- Pre-heat oven at 180 degree C. Sieve flour and raising agents. Add the fruits.
- Cream condensed milk, butter and orange zest.
- Add orange juice gradually.
- Add flour mixture delicately to the mixture.
- Pour batter in a greased mould.
- Bake for 20-25 mins at 150 C.
- Cool cake well before unmoulding and serving.
