Ingredients:

• 1 bunch Spinach leaves
• 6 bread slices (soak and squeeze out water)
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1 Onion (finely chopped)
• ½ tsp -chilly powder
• ½ tsp – Turmeric powder
• a few cubes of Paneer
• 1 tsp – Lime juice
• 2 tbsp – Rice flour
• oil for frying
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Wash the spinach leaves and remove the stalks.
  2. Chop finely. In a kadai, heat oil.
  3. Add cumin seeds and spinach leaves, saute for a few minutes and remove from fire.
  4. Grind to a fine paste.
  5. In a bowl, add the spinach paste and rest of the ingredients, make a firm dough.
  6. If necessary, add a little more rice flour or corn flour.
  7. Prepare lemon sized balls and roll over bread crumbs, you can shape it into cones too.
  8. Deep fry till golden brown.
