Ingredients:

• 1.5 tsp – Urad Dal
• 1 big cup – beaten thick Curd
• 2-3 – green chillies, chopped fine
• 1 tsp – ginger, chopped fine
• 1 tsp – Hing
• 1 tsp – Jeera
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• Coriander leaves for garnish
• Salt to taste
• 1.5 tsp – oil

Method:

  1. Dry roast the urad dal till slightly browned.
  2. Powder the roasted urad dal in a mixie.
  3. Take oil in a small kadai and season with mustard, jeera, hing, green chillies and ginger.
  4. Add the seasoning to the curd.
  5. Also add the urad dal powder to the curd.
  6. Add salt to taste and mix well.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves.
