
Ingredients:
• 200 gms- Self Raising Flour
• 50 gms- Curd
• 50 gms- grated Coconut
• 3- Green chillies finely chopped
• Small Ginger finely chopped
• 1/2 tsp- Chilli Masala
Method:
- Mix the dough and leave for 10 mins.
- Make small portions in the shape of vadas and fry in lukewarm oil until golden brown.
- Tastes great with tomato and chilly sauce.
