Ingredients:

• 2 cups leftover Rice
• 3 tsp ajwain
• 5 pods of Garlic
• 3 green chillies, slit
• A few Curry leaves
• 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
• 1/2 tsp Bengal Gram
• 1/2 tsp Black gram
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Roast the ajwain in a pan without oil and pound into coarse powder. Heat oil in a kadai and add mustard seeds. Then put rest of the ingredients except rice and ajwain.
  2. Stir for a while and then add rice and ajwain.
  3. Stir for a while and remove from fire.
  4. Serve hot.
