Ingredients:
• 2 eggs separated
• 90g flour
• 90g Butter
• 90g Sugar
• pinch of baking powder
• 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
Method:
- Cream butter and sugar. Mix together flour and baking powder. Add beaten yolks of eggs and mix well
- Beat whites of eggs till they form white peaks Fold in with the flour mixture gently.
- Add essence.
- Pour into greased moulds and steam (for how long?).
- Serve with jam sauce.
