Ingredients:
• 3 cups – assorted fruit such as mango, pineApple, Pear and Apple chopped into 1-inch pieces
• 2 tbsp – Sugar
• 1/2 tsp – vanilla essence
• 1/2 cup – water
Method:
- Place all the above ingredients in a suitable pan.
- Simmer on low heat for about 25-30 mins till the fruit softens.
- Take down and cool.
- Transfer to a glass dish and leave in the refrigerator.
- Just before serving, add a layer of fresh cream on top.
- Garnish with chopped cherries and nuts.
