
Ingredients:
• 4 – potatoes, boiled and peeled
• 1/4 cup – peas
• 10 – French beans, finely chopped
• 2 – carrots, finely chopped
• 1/2 cup – small Cauliflower florets
• 1 tbsp – Lemon juice
• 1 – Egg white
• 1.5 cup – bread crumbs
• 1 tbsp – Corn flour
• 4 – Green chillies chopped finely
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1/4 tsp – Ginger paste
• 1/2 cup – chopped Coriander leaves
• Salt as per taste
• Oil for shallow frying
Method:
- Boil peas, French beans, carrots and cauliflower. Smash it coarsely.
- Smash potatoes.
- Mix all the ingredients except for the oil.
- Make patties of the mixture.
- Heat oil in a shallow pan.
- Fry patties on both the sides till golden.
- Serve on toasted roll spread with chutney.
