Ingredients:
• 4 slices – bread
• 2 – finely chopped Tomatoes
• 200 gms – Cabbage
• 1 – Onion
• 1 – Capsicum
• 1 – boiled & grated Potato
• 1 tsp – chilly & Garlic sauce
• 1 tsp – Tomato ketchup
• 1 tsp – Butter
• Cheese cube
• Coriander chutney
• Sandwich masala or chat masala
Method:
- Mix all the vegetables in a bowl, add grated potato and then grate cheese cubes.
- Add sandwich masala or chaat masala, sauce and ketchup. Mix well.
- Apply butter and coriander chutney to the bread.
- Now put a big spoon full of the made mixture on it and put another bread on it.
- Grill or toast it till it becomes brown.
- Serve hot with ketchup.
