Vegetable Makhanwala is a popular dish of North India, especially in Punjab state. It’s very tasty and medium spicy recipe. Veg Makhanwala is a rich dish in which different vegetables are cooked.

Ingredients

– 100 grams French beans
– 100 grams cauliflower
– 100 grams carrots
– 1 teacup green peas
– 4 potatoes
– 4 onions
– 1 teacup fresh cream
– 2 tablespoons flour
– 1 teacup milk
– 4 tablespoons tomato ketchup
– 2 tablespoons butter
– 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
– Ghee for frying
– Salt to taste

How To Cook?

1. Cut the vegetables into large pieces.
2. Now take a deep bowl, add some ghee and fry the potatoes.
3. Also, in other bowl boil French beans, carrots, and cauliflower and green peas.
4. Mix the cream, flour, milk and tomato ketchup in a deep bowl.
5. Put the butter in a kadhai and fry the sliced onions until it becomes golden brown in color.
6. Add all the vegetables, the ready sauce, salt and chilli powder and cook on a very LOW flame for more 10 minutes.
