Ingredients:

• 4 – bread slices
• 2 tbsps – mayonnaise sause
• 1/4 cup – mixed vegetables (carrot, beans, cucumber)

Method:

  1. Mince all the vegetables.
  2. Mix with mayonnaise.
  3. Spread on two slices and sandwich together.
  4. Cut the edges. Serve with tomato sauce.
