
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• 4 tbsp – custard powder
• 2 cups – Milk
• 1/3 cup – grated Carrots
• 2 tbsp – Raisins
• A few – Cashew nuts
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degree F
- Boil the milk with sugar, grated carrots, raisins. Add the custard powder and switch off the stove.
- Grease a square cake mould with enough butter, arrange the bread slices, pour the already prepared custard-milk mixture to the arranged bread slices, sprinkle the cashews nuts over it
- Bake in oven for 10-15 mins
