Ingredients:
• 1 cup – silken Tofu
• 1 cup – grated Carrots
• 2 tbsp – black Raisins
• Honey as per need
• 1/2 cup – soya Milk
• Ice cubes
Method:
- Soak the black raisins in hot water for few minutes
- Blend silken tofu, grated carrots, soaked black raisins, honey and soya milk to a smooth paste, add water if needed
- Serve immediately with ice cubes.
