
Ingredients:
• 1 – Carrot
• 1 – Tomato
• 1 – Potato
• 50g – beans
• 50g – Cabbage
• 1 – Onion
• Tamarind – Lemon sized
• 1/2 tsp – chilli powder
• Jaggery – 1 tbsp
• Salt to taste
• A pinch – Asafoetida
• Curry leaves – few
• Coriander leaves – 3 sprigs
Method:
- Cook carrot, tomato, potato, cabbage, beans and onion and grind them into a smooth paste. Add the tamarind paste, jaggery, chilly powder, asafoetida and salt to it and let it boil for a while.
- Garnish with curry leaves and coriander leaves. Serve
