Ingredients:
• Cucumber – 400 grams
• Tomato – 200 grams
• Onion – 100 grams
• Jalapeño Pepper – 4
• Chat Masala – 2 tsp
• Lemon Juice – 2 tbsp
• Salt – to taste
Method:
- De-seed Tomato and Jalapeno Pepper
- Cut Cucumber, Tomato, Jalapeno Pepper and Onion into small cubes of ½ inch by ½ inch
- Mix all Vegetables with Chat Masala, Lemon Juice and Salt, and your Vegetable Salsa is ready
- Goes well with most Indian Non-Veg curries and Biryani
